A live transfer is when our AI successfully connects a qualified consumer to you on a phone call. The consumer has already been vetted through SMS conversation and confirmed they want to speak with an agent. You're only charged the $35 fee when this live connection happens.
If the call lasts less than 30 seconds, it doesn't count as a live transfer and you won't be charged. We only bill for meaningful connections where you had a real opportunity to speak with the consumer.
No. All AI text messages and AI voice calls are included in your monthly plan. There are no per-message or per-minute fees. The only usage-based charge is the $35 live transfer fee when we connect you with a consumer.
